OUR STORY

Built by telephony, for the enterprise

Voxology was founded on a simple premise — that voice remains the highest-stakes channel in enterprise customer experience, and that the infrastructure beneath it has to earn its trust every day. We started by building the tools we wished existed.

Today our platform tests, monitors, and powers voice experiences for some of the most demanding organizations in financial services, utilities, and telecommunications.

Jamie Christiano

Founder

Has been pulling technology apart since childhood and has never stopped asking what comes next. Began building the pieces of Voxology in 1995, to prove that good code could help people, and still spends his time on the problems the industry has quietly learned to live with.

Matt Purpura

General Manager

Runs the day-to-day at Voxology, from sales and customer experience to the teams behind the platform. Brings a career spanning product, partnerships, and revenue operations, and still gets hands-on with customer problems. Off the clock, he’s camping, traveling, watching football, or out in the yard.

Thomas Roll

Chief Revenue Officer

Brings 30+ years of board-level leadership across continents and cultures, in the C-suite and as an advisor. Has defined and executed go-to-market strategies for hyper-growth in telco, IT and software, selling direct and through partners. Coaches and mentors sales teams. Away from the desk, it’s family, travel, cooking, German soccer and the NFL.

Karsten Leone

VP of DevOps

Has led infrastructure at Voxology for sixteen years — the network, datacenters, disaster recovery, and the compliance program behind our SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA attestations. Outside work, he builds playgrounds with Kids Around the World.
